Awesome! I wish more people would discover Aldi. It is a perfect solution for many when you look at high food prices at other stores. I am thinking about buying one of the cinnamon swirl mixes and making some muffins to take camping.
ReplyDeleteThe other thought is the beer bread mix - I could make some muffins with that stuff and it would go could with some camping stew.

Yeah Brad - the Beer Bread stands up to heartier foods like stews and chili real well!
ReplyDeleteI just discovered you & I love it! I made my first Aldi trip a few weeks ago & was amazed at how much I saved. I've just been unsure about trying anything more than pantry staples, but you've inspired me :)
ReplyDeleteGreat, thanks a bunch! I started bit-by-bit myself - you know, milk, eggs, canned goods, chips, that kind of thing. Now, I easily do 80-90% of my shopping at Aldi. It's an adventure, and I always like trying new things!
